QnA International’s Invitation-Only B2B Event to Shape Saudi Arabia’s Outbound Travel Future
QnA International has announced that the 4th Annual Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress will be held on 15–16 September 2025 at the Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Riyadh. The prestigious, invitation-only event is recognised as Saudi Arabia’s leading B2B platform, bringing together the world’s foremost travel providers with the Kingdom’s most powerful corporate, MICE, and luxury travel buyers.
The congress is designed as a high-value alternative to large-scale exhibitions, offering delegates access to pre-scheduled meetings, in-depth panel sessions, luxury hospitality insights, and networking opportunities that lead directly to actionable business results.
The 2025 edition will explore how luxury and business travel are being redefined across generations. From heritage-focused Generation X to experience-seeking Generation Z, discussions will highlight incentive-driven travel as a motivator, the role of AI in customising experiences, and the tension between sustainability and technology in shaping travel’s future. Sessions will also feature the rising influence of Saudi women, new dynamics in VVIP travel, and the prominence of wellness and purpose-led travel in the evolving luxury segment.
With over 120 leading Saudi travel buyers confirmed, global participants will include top hotels, airlines, destinations, cruise companies, and DMCs. The event will address growth opportunities in halal-friendly travel, wellness tourism, influencer-led journeys, and family-oriented experiences, all under the umbrella of Vision 2030.
Sulaiman Al-Romi, Honorary Chairman of the Advisory Board, CEO of Saudi Premier Travel & Tourism Group, and Chairman of Gulf Reps Ltd., noted: “Loyalty is built through tailored experiences, not generic packages.” He observed that Saudi outbound travellers in 2025 will be “younger, highly informed, and experience-driven with wellness, gastronomy, and cultural immersion defining their choices.”

Mr Al-Romi added: “Saudi outbound travel will continue to grow rapidly, led by a generation seeking global luxury with a local soul. KBLT plays a key role in guiding brands on how to authentically connect with Saudi travellers through strategic partnerships, insight sharing, and curated experiences that reflect the values and aspirations of the Kingdom.”
Looking ahead, organisers say the 2025 edition will be the most defining to date. Director Mr Sidh NC stressed that KBLT has become “a strategic catalyst where global business and luxury travel leaders engage with Saudi decision-makers, developing partnerships and insights that will guide the Kingdom’s outbound travel landscape for years to come.”
