    • Constitution Evaluation Service: Reviews governance processes and identifies risks with practical improvement guidance.
    • Strategic Constitution Drafting: Helps families align on roles, values, and policies in a formal document.
    • Family Office Planning: Empowers families to understand and structure dedicated platforms for wealth management and legacy planning.

The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses, part of Dubai Chambers, has launched three new specialist services aimed at reinforcing the growth, governance, and strategic capabilities of family-owned businesses. These offerings are designed to help enterprises improve continuity planning, align on shared goals, and prepare for future expansion in a rapidly evolving economic context.

This new initiative reflects the Centre’s commitment to supporting one of the emirate’s most important economic contributors—family businesses—by equipping them with the tools and frameworks needed for sustainable development.

H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, commented: “Family businesses remain a vital engine of growth, diversification, and innovation within Dubai’s economy. Ensuring their continued success is essential to enhancing the emirate’s competitiveness and driving sustainable long-term growth. The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses is committed to empowering these companies to navigate economic developments and embrace global best practices, which contributes towards strengthening the local private sector and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for trade and investment.”

The Current-State Assessment & Family Constitution Review enables businesses to gain a detailed understanding of their governance maturity. Using a dedicated assessment tool, this service audits family constitutions and conducts stakeholder interviews to provide detailed recommendations aligned with global best practice, ultimately reducing risk and fostering strategic alignment.

Through the Family Constitution Drafting service, families are supported in building a robust governance charter. This includes facilitated workshops to define collective values, responsibilities, and procedures, while setting nomination and eligibility rules that clarify decision-making processes and future leadership succession.

The Family Office Blueprint is tailored to help families explore the concept and structure of a Family Office. Through training sessions and planning workshops, families identify the services they require—from asset management to personal affairs—and set clear objectives and staffing strategies to create effective governance for wealth and legacy.
