Liminal Custody, the regulated wallet and custody infrastructure firm, has appointed fintech leader Rajesh Sabari as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Rajesh will lead the company’s global commercial strategy and spearhead adoption across high-growth markets in Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

Rajesh’s career spans over 20 years in global fintech and infrastructure growth. He joins from Telcoin, where he drove enterprise partnerships and regional revenues across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on deploying compliant, blockchain-based solutions in challenging regulatory climates.

His leadership background includes senior roles at Mastercard, Amdocs, and Syniverse, where he scaled partnerships, engaged with regulators, and built agile commercial strategies to support payment innovation. Rajesh earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, a Stanford certificate in AI & Blockchain, and is a CFA charterholder.

As CCO, he will oversee institutional go-to-market execution, revenue initiatives, digital brand strategy, and public-sector partnerships. A key area of focus will be expanding custody infrastructure in India, Africa, and North and Southeast Asia, where regulatory clarity and trust-led adoption are accelerating.

Mahin Gupta, Liminal Custody’s Founder, noted:
“We are at an inflection point where institutions are actively seeking secure, regulator-aligned custody partners. Rajesh’s blend of frontier-market execution and global enterprise experience makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team. His role will be pivotal in expanding our institutional footprint and building scalable revenue channels.”

    Rajesh Sabari shared his enthusiasm:
“Liminal Custody addresses a pivotal Web3 challenge: enabling institutions to manage digital assets with confidence, security, and regulatory compliance. I’m excited to join a company that is delivering future-ready infrastructure and translating digital-asset potential into real-world value for institutional clients. The opportunity to scale trust-led solutions across both emerging and highly regulated markets, all within a culture grounded in decency and excellence, is truly compelling.”

Liminal Custody is actively scaling across APAC and MENA, empowering compliant, secure, and scalable digital asset operations.
